The Site lets you enter a property address to receive an automated, satellite-imagery-based estimate of your roof's condition and an approximate cost range for roofing work. The estimate is generated using satellite imagery, automated image analysis, and, where applicable, public property records. It is provided for informational purposes only and is not a final quote, contract, or guarantee of price, condition, or scope of work. Actual pricing and scope are determined only after a free, in-person inspection by American Roof Restoration.
The estimate does not replace a licensed inspection. Satellite-based estimates can differ from actual conditions due to image quality, obstructions, or property changes. Do not rely on the estimate alone to make decisions about roof safety, repair urgency, or structural integrity.
Any roofing work we perform is governed by the separate written contract or proposal you sign with American Roof Restoration, which controls scope, pricing, warranty, and schedule. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform work. American Roof Restoration is a licensed California contractor, CA License #1145767.
